These premium sirloin and ribeye cuts are the perfect addition to your weekly cooking schedule. Each package comes with a mixture of ribeyes and sirloins (roughly an even distribution of both). 

Because you are buying direct from our ranch, we sell our meat in packages, by the fraction. This is also commonly referred to as a "beef share." This package is offered in 1/32 increments, which amounts to roughly 15lbs. Your final shipping weight will vary, but it will be no less than 15 pounds and no more than 16 pounds per package ordered. Our pricing is $15.99 per pound.
