More than quality beef...

IT'S A WAY OF LIFE

We believe the world needs more cowboys and a commitment to doing things the right way.

A story from northwest montana

Located just outside Glacier National Park resides the Montana Longhorn Ranch. Our regenerative approach to ranching results in high quality, lean longhorn beef.

God Given Vision

In 2015, we launched with just a few acres and a big vision. We are committed to strictly grass fed and finished diets without fillers or genetically modified shortcuts. We do our part to give back to the soil that feeds us through our regenerative agriculture practices.

Benefits of longhorn beef

ideal beef choice for the health-conscious consumer

Longhorn beef is consistently superior to the Angus competitor in the fact it is genetically leaner. Longhorns marble excellent with a thin amount of waste back fat, which means the butcher does not typically have to trim as much fat from around the outside of the cut.

Great for Heart Health

Including natural longhorn beef in a heart-healthy diet can positively impact blood cholesterol levels. The breed tests lower in cholesterol and higher in protein, higher in vitamin A, CLAs and omega 3 fatty acids – all crucial in reducing cholesterol, diabetes, cancer, and high blood pressure.

Grass Fed & Finished

“Grass fed and finished” means that our longhorns have spent their entire lives on grass pasture. They've consumed nothing but their mother's milk, pasture grasses, and hay in the winter months.
