What's Included? 

Our finest grass fed, grass finished longhorn beef. Raised locally in Whitefish, Montana. Final weight varies, but on average you will receive 150 lbs of beef with a half cow. The final price for the half cow is based on final hanging weight and is $8 per finished Ib.

  • Ground Beef - 80 Ibs 
  • Steaks - 30 Ibs including Ribeye Steaks, Tenderloin, Top Sirloin & Strips. 
  • Other Cuts - 40 Ibs including brisket, roasts, ribs, marrow bones, & stew. 

Notes:

  • 1/2 cow requires about 8 cubic feet of freezer space. 
  • Shipped in 8 boxes.
  • Actual weight and sizes of cuts may vary based on the size of the animal.

  • Shipping is NOT included in the price and will be an additional charge depending on the weight and location. We will provide specific shipping details with you as soon as we are able.
