Because you are buying direct from our ranch, we sell our meat in packages, by the fraction. This is also commonly referred to as a "beef share." This package is offered in 1/64 increments, which amounts to roughly 5lbs. Your final shipping weight will vary, but it will be no less than 5 pounds and no more than 6 pounds per package ordered. Our pricing is $16.99 per pound and each pouch is roughly one pound.
